Eligibility Criteria

Criteria to be satisfied at Group* level:

  • 7.5 Cr Relationship Value and minimum savings bank account balances (Average Yearly Balance) of INR 50 lakhs.
  • For New to Bank Relationships# – Initial payment of INR 50 lakhs at the time of savings bank account opening, post which the client will have to maintain eligibility as mentioned above.

*Group is defined as a combination of Relationship Value and balances in savings account of immediate family members or business entities grouped under Kotak Private Banking. ^Relationship Value as defined by Kotak Private Banking from time to time.

The membership/benefits/vouchers will be applicable to clients who have an active Savings bank account or transaction via Debit card with Kotak Mahindra bank.

#New to Bank is defined as New CRN with unique family ID.

Other Terms and Conditions

The below terms and conditions are over and above the terms and conditions of Kotak Private Banking and all other products being provided by Kotak Mahindra Bank. For detailed terms and conditions for each of the products, please visit www.kotak.com.


Kotak Mahindra Bank can share information provided by the client of any nature (including personal and demographic) with agencies/service providers who have an agreement with Kotak Mahindra Bank for business purpose and on need to know basis. The client understands that Kotak Mahindra Bank will always strive to comply with the extent rules and regulations as applicable from time to time in this context and in accordance with the bank's Privacy policy.

Entry to the said programme is by invitation only and at the sole discretion of the Bank. Meeting the programme eligibility criteria is not an implicit invitation to the programme. Clients who are invited to the Program will need to sign up for the same via the Program Sign up form. Programme is only applicable to Resident Individuals who have a Savings Relationship with the Bank.
  • Benefits/e-vouchers for Taj, Lafayette Luxury Concierge and BookMyShow, will only be given to the person who has signed the Program sign up form on his / her email id registered with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
  • The membership/benefits/vouchers will be applicable to clients who have an active Savings bank account or transaction via Debit card with Kotak Mahindra bank.
  • Client is required to register his / her details on the vendor website with their respective membership voucher codes for availing the benefits. Post Enrolling for the memberships, subsequent email communication would be shared on the Email ID registered with the Vendor.
  • Client can get in touch with their service manager at the Bank in case of email id updation/ change as required.
  • The benefits of the programme are applicable till the time the client is a part of the programme. Kotak Mahindra Bank reserves the right to withdraw the membership to the program after due intimation to the client. In the event of withdrawal of programme entitlement, client shall continue to be a Private Banking client till they are meeting the eligibility criteria they meet the eligibility criteria of Private Banking as defined from time to time.
  • The Prevailing regulatory guidelines as updated from time to time will take precedence over the benefits and features of the program for all client types (Individual/Non individual).
  • Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions accepted by the Client at the time of opening the account.
  • Terms and conditions mentioned herein are in addition to the Terms and Condition’s of Private banking.
  • Locker Discount applicable, provided the locker is issued wherein the CRN classification of the 1st holder is mapped under Private Banking . The allotment of the locker is subject to availability of the lockers in the respective branch.
  • Original documents to be submitted subsequently for transactions executed via Email indemnity.

The client understands and accepts the terms & conditions mentioned herein including the terms available at website for the facility granted and its benefits of the Kotak Private Rèserve Programme. The client hereby agrees to be bound by the same and to any further amendments or changes governing the Programme thereof made by the Bank from time to time. If the balances and Relationship Value required as per Programme eligibility are not maintained which is subject to review six monthly, annually or as may be deemed fit by the Bank on an ongoing basis or for any other reason as deemed fit by the Bank, the Bank reserves the right to withdraw the prevailing Programme Features, with prior intimation. In case of such withdrawal of prevailing Programme entitlement, all the existing Programme Features (e.g. discounts, services etc.) will be withdrawn and instead the standard features / fees and the charges of the Private Banking would be applicable.

Lafayette Luxury Concierge:

  • Client is a person availing the membership.
  • Offer is only for eligible clients who sign up for Réserve.
  • Offer Valid from April 2023 to March 2024 and subject to renewal at the discretion of the Bank.
  • This offer has been made solely and entirely by Lafayette Luxury to the eligible Clients of Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Book My Show Vouchers

  • Client is a person redeeming the vouchers.
  • Offer Valid from April 2023 to March 2024 and subject to renewal at the discretion of the Bank.
  • Gift Voucher can be redeemed only on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office.
  • Gift Voucher can be redeemed on purchase of etickets for Movies/Plays/Concerts/Sports available on BookMyShow.
  • Multiple Gift Vouchers can be used in a single transaction or Gift Voucher can be combined with any other payment type on BookMyShow.
  • Gift Voucher can be used multiple times until the last rupee loaded on it gets exhausted within the validity period.
  • Gift Vouchers to be valid for 3 months and cannot be extended.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow.
  • If lost or misused, the Gift Voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
