Steps to Avail the Membership
  1. You will receive an e-mailer from privatebanking@kotak.in to ‘activate the membership’ with a unique code, along with Lafayette Contact Center# details.
  2. On registration, you will receive a notification via e-mail sent by Lafayette, along with a starter guide within 48 hours
    It includes a welcome message that covers what you can expect in terms of services, explore experiences, how to book them, make payments, access your Lifestyle RM details, etc. Based on the details given by you, choose how you want to be connected with Lafayette to avail their services. Under each membership, 6 family members can register and avail the services.

  • Both the dedicated lines are available from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm for new registrations, EXCEPT Public holidays
  • Once client is registered, concierge service is available 24*7, 365 days. The Lifestyle manager shall take the request of the customer but it shall be initiated the next working day

No new requests will be taken during these days as none of the channel partners are working starting Thanksgiving from the 23rd of December every year.

Every registered member is provided the contact details of the Lifestyle Manager in the welcome email that they receive once their membership is activated, which is also the primary helpline number for the clients. . The two numbers +91 91576 15761 , +91 91576 25762 which are also mentioned on the welcome email are supposed to be only for registration but for emergency cases, if there is no response from the Lifestyle manager, these numbers can be called. Additionally, the official contact number for Lafayette Luxury is +91 89229 89229 which is not a dedicated line.
