1) Steps to avail the Tax Consultant services

You are requested to share the request with your Private Banker or Service Relationship Manager to avail the services.

  • The services are provided by by empanelled partner.
  • The service/benefit is available only for the client part of the NR Programme.
  • Our team will arrange for consultation with empanelled CA partner.
  • Once the confirmation is received from CA, a chorus call is booked, the details will be shared with the client and CA within 24-48 hours.
2) Steps to avail pick up of documents from your overseas location:

You are requested to share the request with your Private Banker or Service Relationship Manager to avail the services.

  • Complete details required in the specified ‘pick-up format’ shared
  • The client needs to maintain RV as per NR Programme classification.
  • If RV is not maintained as per specified classification, then NR Product Head approval is required.
  • To arrange pick up for Non PB client, approval from NR Product head is required.
  • If complimentary pick up exceeds within FY, NR Product Head approval is required.
  • To arrange complimentary pick up NR Area manager approval is required.
  • To arrange pick up other than NR LOB, approval is required as per respective delegation matrix along with LOB to debit costs.
  • Post the request is received, we will initiate the documents to be picked up within 6 hours with our courier partner DHL.
  • The TAT for collecting documents by DHL is 48 hours.
  • Post the DHL pick up is arranged by us, the client needs to take a print out of the AWB copy (about 3-4 pages)
